Pad ROL™200 Series Contactor
For QFN, DFN, and Other Pad-Style Applications
Johnstech's patented ROL™ technology provides excellent electrical performance and proven
mechanical reliability on both exposed or recessed pads. The ROL™200 utilizes two
contact configurations that were developed specifically for the unique
challenges and different device platings used in Lead-Free Testing.
The Pad ROL™200 Series is also available in Johnstech's
SelecTest® Program.
