Evaluation and analysis of contactor PCB (Nest/Plunger assembly for opportunities to increase FPY.  (handler specific)

Z-Stack Analysis

Evaluation and analysis of overall mechanical interface, from test head to handler plunger docking inclusive.  (system specific)

Performance Audit

Evaluation and analysis of test floor set-up, maintenance, troubleshooting and rebuild techniques. Conclusion is a set of recommendations to improve OEE and reduce MTBA’s and MTTR

Training

Standard or customized training program to increase test floor maintenance personnel’s efficiency in relation to set-up, trouble shooting and maintenance of Johnstech contactors

Customer Service Management & Maintenance Program Annual Contract

Assist the customer in obtaining desired operating results and identifying key factors for maintaining/improving these operating results.  Operate as the customer’s “outsource” for some of the unique aspects of operation, optimization, and maintenance of their Johnstech contactors and related interfaces
